PowerUp Formula 1 Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

This competition is organised by PowerUp Global Ltd (“Organizer”), 71-75 Shelton Street, WC2H 9JQ, London.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to age 18+.

  • Employees of PowerUp Global and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Competition Period

  • Starts on 11.11.2025 and ends at 23:59 (GMT) on 14.11.2025

  • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

  • Participants must guess the number of cars in the jar via online form.

  • Only one entry per person is allowed.

5. Prize

  • One (1) tickets to a day at the Silverstone Formula 1 (02–07 July 2026),

  • Prize does NOT include travel, accommodation, or other expenses.

  • No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.

  • The organiser reserves the right to edit the prize for one of similar quality.

  • Disclaimer: PowerUp Global Ltd is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or issues related to the Formula 1 event or tickets provided. The Organizer’s responsibility is limited to delivering the prize as described. Any additional costs, travel arrangements, or event-related issues are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be the participant whose guess is closest to the correct number.

  • In case of a tie, the winner will be selected by randomisation.

  • Winner will be notified via email by 24.11.2025.

7. Publicity

  • By entering, participants agree to allow PowerUp Global to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.

8. Data Protection

  • Personal data will be used solely for administering this competition and, if consent is given, for contacting participants for feedback on PowerUp’s software. Data will not be shared with third parties.

9. General

  • PowerUp Global reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time.
